The challenge
İstanbul is one of the loudest markets in the world for nose surgery. Patients, local and international alike, research surgeons for months before committing, and much of what they find is the aggressive marketing a physician of twenty-five years would not want his name beside. Dr. Teker needed the opposite: a presence that carries seniority quietly and lets the record speak.
His patients read in four languages. A Turkish-only site would hand international visitors to browser auto-translation at exactly the point where trust is decided. And the questions they weigh before travelling are precise ones: who operates, what does it cost, is the clinic authorized to receive international patients, and how does follow-up work.
The approach
The site is built around the surgeon rather than a brand: one practice, one pair of hands. In practice since 2001, more than a decade as a chief physician, and every patient seen by Dr. Teker himself, from the first examination through the surgical plan to every follow-up. That story leads each page, in each language.
Turkish, English, Arabic and French were written in parallel to one standard, with the Arabic edition fully right-to-left. Procedure pages for rhinoplasty, septum, sinus and ear surgery answer expectations honestly. Fees and insurance sit on the page, and a dedicated international-patients route shows the clinic’s health-tourism authorization from the Turkish Ministry of Health exactly where patients look for it.
Contact matches how his patients actually reach out: booking form, telephone and WhatsApp, one tap from every page, with consultation languages and office hours stated plainly. We handled the domain, hosting, publishing and search indexing end to end, so the practice never touches a control panel.
