A Network of Doctors Service

Privacy policy

Small print, kept small.

This site is built to know as little about you as possible. What follows is everything it does with your information — and the list is short.

Who we are

Nodsites designs and builds websites for doctors, clinics and private medical practices. We are a Network of Doctors service, operated by NETWORK OF DOCTORS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17341369, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. This policy covers this website — nodsites.com — in all three of its languages.

You can read every page of this site without an account, a sign-up or a single form field. The only moment you share anything with us is the moment you choose to.

What we collect

One thing: the enquiry you send us. When you use the enquiry form, we receive exactly what you type into it —

  • your name
  • the name of your practice or clinic — or your own name, if you practise independently
  • your contact details — an email address and, if you choose to add one, a phone number
  • your message about your project
  • the options you choose to select — specialty, whether you own your clinic, and how you heard about us

That is the complete inventory of the enquiry form. The only other information this site touches is described in the sections below: optional analytics you can refuse, and standard server logs.

How your enquiry is handled

The enquiry form is processed by Netlify Forms, the form service of the platform that hosts this site, which delivers your submission to our studio inbox as an ordinary email. A copy is retained securely in our hosting dashboard so your message is never lost, and your enquiry is never added to a mailing list.

We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to you about your project.

What we don’t do

Most websites watch their visitors by default. This one doesn’t. On nodsites.com there are —

  • no advertising and no ad networks
  • no tracking pixels and no fingerprinting
  • no analytics unless you allow it. The cookie banner asks first, and declining changes nothing about how the site works
  • no cookies of any kind until you make a choice, and none at all if you decline

Two small values live in your browser’s localStorage: your light-or-dark theme preference and your cookie decision. Each is a single word, neither leaves your device, and you can clear both at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors and which fall short. It runs only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. Until then, the site loads nothing from Google and sets no cookies.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies —

  • _ga — tells your browser apart from others using a random identifier. Kept for 2 years.
  • _ga_* — remembers your visit within this site, such as which pages you open. Kept for 2 years.

The legal basis for this is your consent. You can withdraw it at any moment: choose “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page and decline. Declining removes the analytics cookies from your browser and stops all measurement from that point on.

Measurement data goes to Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which processes it on our behalf; Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. We see aggregate reports, never your name. Netlify, our host, receives the standard server logs described below. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.

Hosting

This site is served by Netlify. Like virtually every hosting provider, Netlify keeps standard server logs — technical records of each request, such as IP address, time and page — for security and operational purposes, retained briefly under Netlify’s own policies. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

How long we keep your enquiry

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your project. Once a conversation has run its course and no engagement follows, we delete it. If you become a client, the correspondence becomes part of the working file for your project.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information you have sent us, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Make the request through the enquiry form — a line telling us what you need is enough — and we will act on it promptly, normally within a few working days.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — a new form service, a new host, anything that touches your information — we will revise this policy and update the date at the top. Every revision is dated, so you can always tell exactly which version you are reading.
