About one week, once the practice form is filled in and your photos are with us. The site itself is built in one to three business days, and the rest of the week is yours: as many changes and additions as you want before we publish. Your own involvement stays small throughout: the call, your photos and a final check of the facts.

There is no build fee. The consultation, the design, the build itself and every change before launch cost nothing, and nothing is payable while your site is being made. The only price is the monthly management subscription, which starts when your finished site goes live and covers the domain, hosting, analytics, Google and Bing indexing, and every edit after launch. We quote it after your consultation, because it depends on the market you practise in. It is usually less than practices expect, it is confirmed to you in writing, and it does not move.

Studios like ours do. Nodsites is a clinic and doctor website developer: we design the site, write the pages, build them, publish them and manage them afterwards, and we take no clients outside healthcare. That single focus is the whole point. The habits a practice website needs, from the advertising rules that apply to you to the way a patient reads a treatment page at eleven at night, are not the habits a general web agency practises every day.

Not quite. A website builder is software you use to make the site yourself. Nodsites is the team you hand that job to: we design and build your site, publish it and manage it afterwards. If you searched for a doctor website builder or a clinic website builder because you want the site built properly without building it yourself, that is exactly what we do.

At a minimum: who you are and what you treat, in language a patient understands; where you are and how to reach you; what a first visit involves; and a way to book or ask a question that works one-handed on a phone. Underneath that it needs to load quickly, be usable with a screen reader, carry the structured data that tells search engines you are a medical practice, and stay accurate as your hours, fees and colleagues change. We build all of it, and keeping it accurate afterwards is part of the subscription.

No. Your practice form and the call give us everything the pages need, and the pages come to you in language patients actually understand. The only thing we ask of you is to verify that the information is correct and tell us if anything needs to change. Most doctors finish that check in under an hour, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Nothing. The domain, hosting, security certificates, backups, Google Analytics, and indexing with both Google and Bing are all handled by us as part of your management subscription. There is no dashboard to learn and no server to think about. We check that the site is up every 60 seconds, around the clock, so we usually know about a problem within a minute. If something needs attention, we fix it and tell you what happened afterwards.

Contact us with the change, whether it is new hours, a new colleague, a new service, a price, or a whole section you want added or removed, and we make it and republish, usually within a working day. There is no per-edit fee and no cap: every edit is free of charge, because it is part of your monthly management subscription.

Yes. We work with practices in the United Kingdom, Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates, and we build sites in English, Turkish, Arabic, German, French and Spanish. The subscription price differs between those markets, which is one reason we quote it after your consultation rather than publish a single figure.

Yes. If you would like addresses such as info@yourclinic.com, we set that up for you as an extra. It is charged at cost: you pay only what the mailbox provider charges us, and nothing on top for our work.
