From a completed form and your photos, the finished website typically takes one week. After that we keep editing it for you, free of charge, for as long as you subscribe.
The method

Every project runs the same route. At each step you know what is happening, what lands on your desk when it ends, and what we need from you. It is never much.

The call
We phone you at a time booked around clinic hours and fill in a short form together: who you are, or your clinic is, what you want the website to do, and the kind of design you have in mind. You talk, we type. You also send us the photographs you want on the site: you, your team, your practice. Once the form is complete and the photos are in, the week starts.

The build
From your form, your photos and the direction we agreed on the call, we design and build the full website in a day. Then it is yours to direct: ask for as many changes and additions as you like, and we keep going until it feels right. Your only job is to check that the information is correct.

- The finished pages, ready for your accuracy check

Publish & management
You pay, your monthly management subscription starts, and we publish. The domain, the hosting, Google Analytics, indexing with Google and Bing, and the search foundations are all ours to run. We also check that your site is up every 60 seconds, around the clock, so if anything goes wrong we know within a minute and can act at once. If you want email at your own domain, we can set that up too, as an extra charged at cost. From then on, whenever you want anything added, changed or removed, you contact us and we do it free of charge. It is part of your subscription.

How long does it take, realistically?
About one week, once the practice form is filled in and your photos are with us. The site itself is built in a single day, and the rest of the week is yours: as many changes and additions as you want before we publish. Your own involvement stays small throughout: the call, your photos and a final check of the facts.
What does a website like this cost?
There is no build fee. The consultation, the design, the build itself and every change before launch cost nothing, and nothing is payable while your site is being made. The only price is the monthly management subscription: £199.00 for practices in the UK, £99.00 for practices in Türkiye, starting when your finished site goes live. It covers the domain, hosting, analytics, Google and Bing indexing, and every edit after launch. The figure is confirmed in writing after the consultation, and it does not move.
Are you a doctor website builder, like the do-it-yourself tools?
Not quite. A website builder is software you use to make the site yourself. Nodsites is the team you hand that job to: we design and build your site, publish it and manage it afterwards. If you searched for a doctor website builder or a clinic website builder because you want the site built properly without building it yourself, that is exactly what we do.
I have no time to write content. Is that a problem?
No. Your practice form and the call give us everything the pages need, and the pages come to you in language patients actually understand. The only thing we ask of you is to verify that the information is correct and tell us if anything needs to change. Most doctors finish that check in under an hour, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Do I need to manage hosting or anything technical?
Nothing. The domain, hosting, security certificates, backups, Google Analytics, and indexing with both Google and Bing are all handled by us as part of your management subscription. There is no dashboard to learn and no server to think about. We check that the site is up every 60 seconds, around the clock, so we usually know about a problem within a minute. If something needs attention, we fix it and tell you what happened afterwards.
What happens when something needs updating after launch?
Contact us with the change, whether it is new hours, a new colleague, a new service, a price, or a whole section you want added or removed, and we make it and republish, usually within a working day. There is no per-edit fee and no cap: every edit is free of charge, because it is part of your monthly management subscription.
Can I have email at my own domain?
Yes. If you would like addresses such as info@yourclinic.com, we set that up for you as an extra. It is charged at cost: you pay only what the mailbox provider charges us, and nothing on top for our work.
