Dr Nazem Al Ioussef
A dentist’s CV as a website: his licence, his training and his clinical interests set down plainly in Arabic, English and Russian, with nothing for sale.
A general dentist with an implantology privilege, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority and practising in Dubai since 1999, whose patients read in Arabic, English and Russian and want to know who he is before they sit in the chair.

The challenge
Dentistry in Dubai is sold loudly: offers, packages and smile makeovers compete for every search. Dr Nazem Al Ioussef asked for the opposite. He wanted his curriculum vitae on the web, set down plainly: a dental degree and postgraduate surgical training in Irkutsk, practice in Dubai since 1999, the Liberty Dental Clinic in Jumeirah since 2013, and a licence from the Dubai Health Authority that a patient can check. No services for sale, no prices, no booking button. Just the record.
The approach
The site is his CV first. The home page opens with it, and the full CV is one page that prints as an A4 sheet, with the licence and privilege shown as the public register lists them, the career on a ruler from 1990 to today with an Irkutsk lane and a Dubai lane, and the education, training and courses in detail beneath. Nothing is embellished: his portrait is shown as supplied, and the licence card summarises the register without imitating a document.
Arabic is the site’s first language, fully right-to-left, with English and Russian written natively to the same standard, never by fallback. Nine clinical interests, from implants and bone grafting to the oral surgery he trained in, are explained in plain language with an ink drawing and the sources each rests on, and thirteen patient guides, from cleaning your teeth properly to dental emergencies, carry his review. A questions page and a clinic page with the hours, the way there and what to do in an emergency complete it.

Inside the site

The dental implants page: the clinical interest explained in plain language, with a drawing and its sources
The licence page on a phone: his DHA licence and privilege, as the public register shows them
The Russian edition of the CV: a full third language, never a fallback
The outcome
A patient can now check who will treat them before the first appointment: the licence, the privilege, the training and the clinic, in whichever of his three languages they read.
The first site in this portfolio with a Russian edition, and the first built as a CV. It is live at www.nazemalioussef.com, built, published and indexed by us end to end.
