It is a done-for-you studio, not a DIY website builder: the team designs the site, publishes it, and handles hosting, the domain, search indexing and later edits. One kind of client only: doctors, clinics and private medical practices. The process has three steps: a guided phone call in which the studio fills in the practice form with the client, learns the design direction they want and collects their photos; a build of the full site (the Terms set a target of ten working days for the build), refined with unlimited rounds of changes until the client is happy; then publishing and monthly management. Timescales are targets, counted from when the studio has the completed form and photos. The client checks and approves what is published and remains responsible for its accuracy. The monthly management subscription covers: the design, build and launch of the site in up to three languages; the domain, registered and configured, or an existing domain moved across, with 301 redirects if the domain ever changes; managed hosting and security certificates; uptime monitoring (the site is checked every 60 seconds, around the clock); security updates and strict security headers, with no admin panel to breach; published versions retained for 90 days, so an earlier one can be restored; unlimited edits (ordinary content and layout changes, with no limit on the number of requests and no charge per change) with 20 hours of priority work each month, minor edits targeted within two working days and standard edits within five; reasonable changes a regulator requires, made as edits; SEO management (titles, headings, structured data, internal links, local search); indexing with Google and Bing and sitemap submission; a plain-language llms.txt summary of the practice for AI assistants; Google Analytics, including counts of WhatsApp and call-button taps; page-speed testing against a budget; and a monthly visitor report. Responsibility for the clinical and regulatory accuracy of what is published rests with the practice; the studio is not a clinical, legal or regulatory adviser. It makes reasonable changes a regulator requires as normal edits under the subscription. Sites are static, held to a performance budget, built to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, with strict security headers and no admin panel. Search and AI discovery: every client site is built to be found, read and used by AI assistants as well as by search engines. Each one serves an llms.txt summary of the practice (who the doctor is, what they treat, where, hours and contact), carries schema.org structured data describing it as a medical practice, reads fully without JavaScript, has labelled buttons and forms an AI agent acting for a patient can use, and blocks no AI crawler. The studio does not promise what any assistant will say about a practice; it makes sure the facts an assistant finds are accurate. Pricing: there is no build fee. The only price is a monthly management subscription, paid monthly in advance from the day the client subscribes, that covers the design and build as well as hosting, the domain, analytics, Google and Bing indexing and unlimited edits with 20 hours of priority work each month. It runs month to month with no minimum term. The website belongs to the studio and is licensed to the client while the subscription runs; if the client cancels in the first twelve months it is taken offline unless they buy it, and after twelve paid months it transfers to them when they cancel. The figure is quoted after the consultation, because it differs between the markets the studio serves; it is confirmed in writing, and any change to it is notified in writing at least 15 days ahead. Charged separately, and never part of the subscription: email at the client's own domain (for example info@yourclinic.com), set up via Google Workspace or a similar provider, with the provider's charge passed on plus a reasonable administration fee, both agreed in advance; and Google Ads management, coming soon, for a small fixed charge on top of the client's ad spend.
