Complaints

Complaining will not change how we treat you. Here is how to reach us and what happens next.

Updated 28 September 2026

## How to tell us

Email [nodsites@networkofdoctors.com](mailto:nodsites@networkofdoctors.com) with “Complaint” in the subject line, use the [enquiry form](https://www.nodsites.com/enquire/), or write to NETWORK OF DOCTORS LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do.

This procedure is available in English, Arabic and Turkish. If you need it in another format, ask us.

## What we do

We reply as quickly as we can and make every reasonable effort to put things right. If we need time to look into it, we tell you why and when to expect our answer.

## If we cannot agree

If you are a client and we cannot settle a complaint between us, our [Terms and Conditions](https://www.nodsites.com/Nodsites-Terms-and-Conditions.pdf) (clause 21) set out the next steps: a discussion in good faith within 21 days of written notice, then mediation, before anyone goes to court. The law of England and Wales applies.

## Complaints about your personal data

These follow the route in our [privacy policy](https://www.nodsites.com/privacy/#complaints): we acknowledge them within 30 days, and you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Want to raise something now?

The enquiry form reaches us directly; say that it is a complaint.
